1. Is the prospect a fit for your business
2. Listen to their problem, talk less
3. Explain how you can solve their problem
4. Set the next steps in the initial meeting
5. Follow up if the lead goes silent
– Do market research on your prospect
– Speak with similar business owners and ask their processes
– Don’t be afraid to dive deep on the first meeting
