Design a Playing Card 2008

A few years back (4 to be exact) I was part of a forum based project where we each designed a playing card to complete a deck of cards. This was my first PHP project where I allowed the members to auto-register, pick a card, add their entry and allow the staff to approve uploads.

After speaking with some of my friends and members from the original project I have decided to resurrect it for 2008. This time around I am hoping it goes quicker and if sponsorship is intact I will even pursue printing the deck of cards.
