Replacing the Shift Knob in E92 BMW M3 with ZHP Weighted Shift Knob

First mod of 2018. Decided to replace the stock M3 shift knob with a weighted ZHP shorty shift knob. The process is pretty straightforward, but does require cutting the leather shift boot.

I walk you through the process and you can easily follow along. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
