That being said, I am not afraid to take on car projects and screw things up along the way, but I can’t stress this part enough.. none of my content is meant is as 100% guide, it is a looking glass into projects and tasks that I showcase. If you’re uncomfortable doing something, don’t do it, hire a professional.
Couple Friendly tips when working on your vehicles.
- Always secure your car on a lift/jackstands/ramps before getting under it. Never a floor jack!
- Always have a fire extinguisher handy
- Always do your research on a task BEFORE starting
- Always use the right tool for the job, don’t cut corners
- NEVER skip any safety step
- NEVER use power tools or honestly any tool without knowing how it operates
- NEVER work on your daily driver when you need to get somewhere (ask me how I know)
- NEVER tighten your drain plug with an impact
